Uriel Rides Across Colorado for Civic Sound
From the wheat fields of Julesburg to the red mesas at the Utah line, I’m once again attempting the cycle Colorado end-to-end. Only this time I am raising the bar.
The journey will be 500 rugged miles with the Triple Bypass Race tucked in the middle and my goal is to raise $50,000 to fund a free, all-ages season-finale concert at Levitt Pavilion presented in partnership with Better Together Denver.
Why We Ride
The beat of democracy is strongest when every voice shows up. Last year’s “Make Your Vote GIGANTIC” show drew thousands and turned voter ENGAGEMENT into a celebration.
Imagine that energy amplified in 2025 — same mission, surprise headliner, completely FREE show. Your CONTRIBUTION powers the stage, the lights, the registration booths, The partners and the memories.

The Road Ahead
Sequel to the 2023 Ride
The summer of 2023 saw me pedal the width of Colorado, 402 miles and 19,888 ft of climbing in five relentless days. Hailstones cratered my helmet, a derailleur snapped, a moose blocked the road, and unexpected closures trimmed 100 miles from the route, yet the ride still raised more than $5,000 for the Colorado Children’s Campaign and CLLARO.
This year’s journey is the next chapter—same east-to-west corridor, but with the legendary Triple Bypass wedged into Day 3. It’s a sequel designed to eclipse the original: tougher terrain, loftier fundraising, and an even larger stage awaiting a surprise headliner. Your support transforms every uphill mile into music, lights, and registration booths for the 2025 season finale. Together we’ll prove that endurance and democracy ride the same road.
Summary of the Make Your Vote Gigantic Concert:
On October 12, 2024, Levitt Pavilion Denver morphed into a civic dance-floor when Dom Lalli from Big Gigantic spun a free DJ set that doubled as a voter-engagement event where attendees could update their registration or sign up on-site with the Denver Elections Division. By night’s end, nearly 7,000 young Coloradans attended the event that had closed the turnout gap one form at a time, proving that sax-laced beats can move both bodies and democracy.
The success leads to this year’s goal: hosting the largest voter registration drive in Colorado’s history, in another epic Levitt Pavilion Denver season finale, this time even bigger and brighter. This initiative is aiming to raise $50,000 to invest in production, expand on-site registration and activations, and unveil a surprise headliner, to be announced!
