Supermagick

Based out of Denver, Colorado, SuperMagick (formerly Filthy Children) first hit the stage together in Nov, 2003. Since then, they have been laying it down all over the land, headlining gigs at nearly all of Colorado’s most respected venues and festivals including: Boulder’s The Fox, Aspen’s Belly Up, Steamboat’s Ghost Ranch Saloon and Schmiggities, Winter Park’s Ullr’s, Denver’s Cervantes, The Other Side, Quixote’s, The Bluebird and Gothic Theaters, Ft. Collins’ The Aggie Theater, Hodi’s Half-Note and Mishawaka Ampitheater, The Breckenridge Brew Fest, The Winter Park Beer Fest, The Sunnyside, LoHi and Highland’s Music Festival, South Park Music Festival, The Capitol Hill People’s Fair, as well as a headlining performance’s at Summerfest in Milwaukee two years in a row. Super Magick members have shared the stage with such funky musical luminaries as Galactic, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, The Rebirth Brass Band, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, J.J. Grey and Mofro, and Pimps of Joytime to name just a few.


Kellindo

Kellindo Parker is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and lead guitarist for Janelle Monae. He began playing the guitar at the age of 8 and was propelled into the music scene under the guidance of his uncle, Maceo Parker, saxophonist for James Brown. Since those early years, he has collaborated and co-arranged with Janelle Monae on multiple hits featured on her Grammy nominated albums, “Metropolis,” “Archandroid” and “Electric Lady.” His riff on “Tightrope“ was featured in Target’s 2010 ad campaign. Most recently, Kellindo co-wrote and was featured on Janelle’s “Dirty Computer” album, nominated for Album of the Year at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

In just under 17 years with Janelle Monáe, Kellindo has performed all over the world. He has opened and performed with legends such as Prince, Stevie Wonder, No Doubt, Bruno Mars, and Earth, Wind, and Fire among many others. He was an honorary guest and performer at Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel Fashion Show in Dubai 2014. He has appeared on TV, film, and radio, including The Grammys, The Oscars, Saturday Night Live, Late Night with David Letterman, The Ellen Show, NBC’s The Today Show, The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, BET Awards and many others. He is currently signed as a songwriter with SONY ATV.
